Marinara sauce is ideal for the preparation of simple and flavourful seafood first courses. It is prepared with plaice, which has a tender and tasty flesh, with the addition of tomato and a pinch of chilli pepper, without the addition of colourings and preservatives.
The fish is already deboned and cooked with the sauce, to give you a product that is ready to use. Ideal as a condiment for short pasta or with spaghetti, it is the ideal product for those who have little time available and do not want to give up the flavour of a seafood dish.
We recommend pairing it with sedanini pasta. Heat the marinara sauce in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add the pasta al dente, cooking it in the sauce for a minute. You can add capers to personalise the dish.
