Among all seafood sauces, the Alla Pescatora sauce is the most delicate and ideal as a condiment for your first courses. Prepared with tender cod fillets, it pairs perfectly with all types of pasta. We added the fish to the tomato pulp with a pinch of chilli pepper to give it the right balance of flavours. The product does not contain preservatives or colourings.
Very easy to use, it can be combined directly with pasta or even with the addition of black olives and capers, if you want a bolder taste.
To make your fish first courses impeccable, we recommend heating the Alla Pescatora sauce in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and combining it with short pasta, such as trofie or strozzapreti cooked in plenty of salted water.
